Our 2009 election is rapidly approaching. A Nomination Committee was formed during the January community meeting and approved by the President. The Committee is comprised of the following residents:

  Marge Cassidy - Chairperson

  Pat McHale - Committee Member

  Tom Jackson - Committee Member

A call for nominations was made from the floor of our January meeting and the first three nominations were made. The Commitee is currently in the process of contacting these candidates and exploring their qualifications to serve on the 2009-2010 Board.

Within a few days, all registered Unit Owners of the Association will be receiving a nomination form in the mail. An Owner may nominate himself or any other person for consideration to be placed on the ballot in time for the March 2009 election.

In addition, any person renting a unit is considered eligible to serve on the Board by submitting their nomination to the Committee even thought a person renting a unit cannot cast an actual ballot in an election. Please contact the Elections Committee if you would like a serve on the Board of Directors.
 
The Nomination Committee encourages everyone in the community, including our renters to get involved and keep up to date on the election process.
